Selling Scanned Calling Cards - Paypal/Google/SagePay

Ok, I would like a magento module that is able to sell scanned images of calling cards. All calling cards have a unique pin number, and only one card can be alowcated to one customer. I want customers to enter their UK (some verification required) mobile number during registration, and pay via paypal/google/sagepay. After payment has gone through, i want an email to be sent with a link to a page on the website where the customer can click on a button to recieve a an SMS text containing a generated 6 digit number. Customers must enter this number onto the website. If the code entered is correct, i want another email to be sent to the customer, with a link to the website where the image(s) would be shown. SMS gateway to be used is - [login to view URL] - there's a very easy to use API there. I want some sort of admin panel where i can upload a zip file with scans of a particular product. All scans should be stored in a secure location (ie - not in public_html!!) Hope i've exmplained this well.
