Need help setting up IIS and Visual Studio 2015 on local machine

My website has been built using .NET with C#. I am looking for someone to help me setup IIS with 4.5 on my local machine and be able to test the website before publishing. The database I use is hosted remotely on my testing server. You are just setting up IIS on my laptop so that I can make changes in Visual Studio. My machine is running Window 7 Home Premium and I also have Visual Studio 2015. Again, needing someone to help me setup IIS and get everything the way it needs to be. I would prefer that you remote host to my computer using Team Viewer or something else and just set everything up for me. I will be around if needed for reboots, etc.
