Dear Freelancer, I am reaching out to you with an intriguing project that requires your expertise in developing machine learning models and Natural Language Processing (NLP) for psychological research. Project Description: The initial step of this project involves grouping different sentences (approximately 3000) based on their semantic similarity. I am seeking suggestions from the algorithm for potential group names that it discovers. I will provide you with the sentences in an Excel file. Subsequently, I would like you to develop a text classification model capable of categorizing sentences into various predefined categories. To facilitate this, I have already gathered a set of sentences along with their corresponding categories (6 categories in total). There are only 500 sentences in total. Once the model is trained, I want the groups formed in the first step to be associated with the trained model. In essence, I want to know the percentage of how well each group corresponds to each of the 6 categories. Deliverables: Names of the sentence groups along with each sentence in an Excel file. Performance of the trained model with the 6 categories and a brief qualitative description of its performance according to machine learning benchmarks. The percentage of association of each sentence group with each of the 6 categories in an Excel file. The Python code used to carry out the entire process.
