Hello According to the attached file, the situation of the structure is compromised by the weight of the gate that hangs from the metal portico, which at first glance appears to be of ample resistance, so a global structural analysis of the structure must be carried out to correct the fault, fortunately it is a metallic structure that lends itself to this type of repair with relative ease. They are a Civil Engineer with more than 30 years of experience in structural calculation and I am fully qualified to solve this problem, provided that I am provided with the complete plan of the structure in question. Yet it can be confirmed only with loading details as per your requirement and detailing of steel members. For that I may need more photographs for develop Finite Element Model for adequacy check. Following FEM analysis only can be verified the structural adequacy for the intended use. For that can be used FEM software as per your request i.e. StaddPro, ETABS, Sap2000, Prokon..ect.
