Education/tutoring Manager

I need a manager (or business partner) to manage the existing tutoring business. As a manager, you should take care of marketing and advertising, as well as answer questions from students and parents about our services. The company bears the full costs of running the business. The reward for your work would be on a profit-sharing basis with a very high commission percentage. It would be ideal if you have a good knowledge of the Australian education system, have experience in teaching students, as well as experience in marketing and advertising of an education business. Your commitment shouldn’t be more than 4-5 hours a week (my estimation) that can be done along another full-time work and with great flexibility in time. This work, on a longer term (if done properly), can secure an average full-time salary. Although the business is in Melbourne, you can work from any location from which you can communicate in real time with students/parents. A few words about us. I have been tutoring/teaching Mathematics for about 40 years and last 20 years run on a full time base my tutorial business in 3 centres in Melbourne. Recently, I retired from teaching, and I published 5 books and about 500 hours of video lessons for senior high school Mathematics. That study material made it possible for us, while the COVID-19 lockdown in some way forced us to reorganize our business online, which turned out to be a good perspective for further running the business.
