I've been in the call center industry for no less than 4 years. I'm skilled in outbound calls like appointment setting, cold calling, B2B/B2C calling and verification. I was also trained in Customer Service. I have been working from home for a year now as and Appointment Setter and Cold Caller for B2B and B2C. I'm skilled in outbound calls like upselling, collections, surveys,appointment setting, insurances and annuitization. Responsible for calling different people with businesses who has the goal of selling their products and services. I also performed lead generation to create warm leads for businesses and follow up on prospective leads.

Current position is involved with marketing. Our business is telephone marketing based insurance company
