Daily Phone Answering (Approx 7 - 10 calls per day)

I have various websites that sell print products like business cards. I am looking for someone who speaks perfect english and has a cheerful personality on the phone, I would prefer a native speaker but it is not required if you can speak naturally. This is an on-going job for freelancers looking for regular monthly income as I need these calls answered every month, all year long. There are an average of (7 - 10) calls per day and calls average around (2 - 4) minutes in length. Very easy and short, you are not giving any complicated product information, simply capturing info and telling the customer something like "a printing expert will be in touch with you right away". I am looking to agree to a FIXED price per month that would be paid in the first week of each month. Customers will call in from (9am - 5pm) CST, Monday through Friday I will forward the virtual 800 numbers to whatever number you like, preferably landline. Calls are answered in 3 ways: Potential New Clients, Existing Clients, and Misc (see data collection scripts below) Potential New Clients: Collect: 1. Name 2. "Which product are you interested in?" 3. “Do you have print ready files or do you need graphic design?” 4. Quantity Needed? 5. “What is your in-hands deadline for these prints?” 6. Caller's City? "We have multiple locations to make sure we assign you to the nearest one." 7. Email address “Often our designers are able to respond faster via email than by phone.
