Xcode setup issue for iOS automation

HI, I have over 10 years of experience in QA filed and over 6 years of experience in mobile automation. ( unable to launch webdriveragent because of xcodebuild failure:) issues is coming might be because of below reason. 1. Xcode is not build properly. 2. Apple certificate is not added for running iOS device. 2. iOS device is not registered with Apple account or might be any other issues we can debug once you award the project. If your issue is not resolve I will not ask you for payment
