Convert 3D Interior to virtual OculusVR tour

I have a 3D residence interior design (single room), for which I'd like to create a virtual tour. The camera should follow a path of which the speed should be able to be adjusted. The view (not the position) of the camera that moves through the residence should be able to be controlled by the Oculus Rift (DK2). So the path would be static, albeit the speed with which the camera moves along this path should be able to be adjusted and reversed (so that it becomes possible to go back on the path), and the view can be controlled using the oculus rift. I will provide the textured 3D environment as a 3DS max (.max) file. I don't mind what technology you use to realise this, as long as it works smoothly and looks realistic.
