Hire a 3D Modeller

I am an architect working on taking our firm's designs into VR. I have been working on this alone and have created a few demos, but am trying to make the best use of my time by looking into finding someone to work with for the modeling work of our projects. This is a 3000sf house that needs to be modeled in 3d for import into Unity. Because this will be for VR development, the house must be built at actual size (1 Unity unit = 1 meter) so that it does not need to be set to some weird scale in unity. There are two versions of the house, the Country Manor, and the Federal, which are slightly different from each other. The county manor has an octagon nook in the rear and a small bump in the kitchen. Because of this the two models have different roof plans and slopes which will have to be modeled individually. The model needs to be built so that the disparate parts of the house (listed above) can be toggled on the fly in VR, which will be programmed later by me. There should be interior and exterior trim, doors, and other finishes expected in a typical new-construction single-family home. The interior will also need to be built in a way that it will be relatively easy to switch out countertop and cabinet finishes, flooring materials and wall covering/color. No furniture will be required.
