I can transcribe your verbal dictation into SOAP format. The bid I placed here is a placeholder for the payment I expect to receive for transcribing 120 minutes of dictation material, but feel free to hire me and set a milestone according to the amount of dictation material you currently have at the moment. My personal rate as a transcriber is at $1 per audio/video minute but I'm open for negotiations. I have done transcription for all kinds of different topics so I will have no problems handling medical types. I do all my work manually without any use of automated transcription software for the greatest accuracy which I think is especially crucial considering the nature of this transcription project.
