Project Profile We plan to collect reliable NLP training data totally 10,000+ hours for our client. The language will be collected including： Japanese：2013h Vietnamese：1567h Tamil：1300h Hindi：1823h Filipino：650h Swahili：1150h Hausa：1150h Telugu：250h Pashto：200h（Afghanistan 100h、Pakistan 100h） Tajik：150h Lao：400h Sinhala：200h Job Title 1：Associate Data Collection Project Manager Responsibilities As the Associate Data Collection Project Manager, your responsibilities are as follows. Recruiting at least 100 freelancers who have standard native accent. Training freelancers to be qualified data collector. Check the status of collection and coordinate the team to act accordingly. Preferred Qualifications Can use English or Chinese as working language. Experience with project management. Experience with Data Collection. High-Quality Resources for native freelancing. Salary & Benefits We will provide 1000 native words for each freelancer. Freelancers need to make a full sentence according to each word and record the sentence by mobile APP. If the correct rate of the recording（1000 sentences） is above 95%,we define it as a qualified data pack We will pay 3-5 dollars for each qualified data pack, the payment will depend on the region.
