?UX ? Designer / Project Manager

I am looking for a UX expert who will help me categorizing all issues I have on our current site in development. The current site is in a dysfunctional state and I do expect that the UX expert will generate a list of tasks that will help us to focus on the necessary issues. Thus, I’d like to hire a "UX expert“ who will screen the site and categorize and prioritize all issues. The pre-requisite is that expert can enter them as ‚issues‘ in our work system which is github. These issues will then be used from me as work assignment for frontend and backend engineers. Basically, go through and write down what does not work and what is needed.
