clinic system with vb.net2010&access that send email reminder message to the patient

I will make a program in vb.net 2010. 1- It will have browse button to select Access database (with email table). Please provide sample MS Access table. 2-A button, upon click , will fetch the stuff from Access Db and send reminder email to patient . Will need to discuss a bit about the email stuff a bit. Hello, what I understod is that you have an access application with your data. we I can implement is a scheduler to check a date an send mails as required. For this no external VB software is needed. Hple that you chose me. BR, Paul
