Baltimore/Maryland Videographer for Training Video recording and editing

I'm seeking a professional videographer, with business license and experience filming and editing training videos. CREDENTIALS WILL BE REQUIRED. There will be a maximum of 2 days of shooting although we've all the training scheduled for 1 day (2nd day only if needed). Here’s what is needed: -Creation of a demonstration and training video. - Incorporate on-screen talent and product demonstration into the videos. - Provide end-to-end services, including filming and editing. - Deliver high-quality, engaging video content adapted for our training purposes. Deliverables: - 2 copies within 7 (seven) days of the end of filming. Copies must be submitted on CD-ROM or thumb drive, in MPEG format. On each copy must be a label (information will be provided upon granted contract) -Transcript: in both physical (printed and binded), and digital (PDF) format. -RAW files in same format as recording of love training. Key Skills Needed: - Proven experience in commercial video production, specifically for training purposes. - Must own a valid Business License. - Proficient in video editing software. - Strong portfolio showcasing similar projects. - Ability to work with on-screen talent. - Great communication and interpretation of project briefs. -Being able to provide your own equipment. A camera with a minimum sensor resolution of 12 megapixels and capable of recording in full HD with vibration reduction technology. Lighting as needed. Tripod. Professional audio (microphone). Additional information to take into consideration: -Shooting will during one of our regular training sessions (live training, with a trainee and attendees). -Turnaround: 7 days. -The training contains 3 modules that must be recorded separately. Each module has submodules. The filming must be performed in segments no to exceed 15 minutes. -The video must include classroom instructions and demonstrations, board diagrams, and other visual aids, but not student practice. At the beginning of each module, a chart containing the learning objective and lesson outline must be included (information to be provided by us) Experience filming in a business or educational context would be advantageous.
