MIX videos + music programaticly (FFMPEG 4.3)

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me with a project that involves mixing movie clips programmatically using FFMPEG 4.3. The ideal candidate should have experience with FFMPEG and be familiar with video processing and editing. sample video : [login to view URL] + at the begining my logo with opacity of 50% transparent in center of screen , after 8 sec goes to corner and stay, two background [login to view URL] with 100% volume and [login to view URL] 20% volume , use xfade crossfade xfade=transition=diagtl:duration=6 use a [login to view URL] for video list , output 4k quality + my video source are 4k .mov or .mp4 music are .wav + i want to run code with -threads 16 -preset ultrafast , must work with 90% of cpu NOT more ! NOT 100% !!!
