Teach Me To Use Premier Pro Whilst Creating Music Videos for Record Label

Hi There I have made rough cut videos with footage (from sock library) and placed my own composed music to them. I require someone to show me how to do transitions, effects and also bounce to right formats. I also require some help with metadata upload to finished files and for monetisation purposes.
