We have a Full HD multicast stream where Video, Audio and Subtitles are coming as separate PIDs. We need someone to transcode this stream by using VLC or FFMPEG, reducing bandwidth and overlaying subtitles; so the output stream can be RTSP,RTMP, MPEG-TS. Operating system is Windows and you can recommend any other tool to do the job. Thank you
