Project Details: Create a video to show the below situation. Background: For Banks which Issue Credit Card, they earn profit on amount which customer spend using their Credit Cards. Hence Credit Card spends are an important business metric which they follow. Video Idea: Scene 1: Team of 3 members are sitting with their CEO in a meeting room. There is tension in the room. ABC Bank is analysing spends volume on their credit card portfolio during a monthly review meeting and realise that XYZ Bank is always doing better. CEO is ABC Bank scolds his team – “Why are we always behind? Value proposition of our products is at par with XYZ BANK’s cards and we are doing more and better campaigns than them, still XYZ BANK always beats us month-on-month on spends! Listen Kumar, I need you to immediately come up with right campaigns to beat XYZ Bank on spends.” Kumar replies – “Yes sir, we will quickly run some analysis and also try to speak with Network Representative to understand what does XYZ Bank do to lead the spends metric in the industry.” Kumar and team the team leave the meeting room. Scene 2: Kumar and team are standing near each other and Kumar instructs his team members to run some analysis to check how can ABC Bank also increase spends. Team members acknowledge the instructions. Scene 3: Show team members are working on their laptops, and looking at graphs. Scene 4: Kumar calls up Network Representative Arjun to seek information. Kumar says – “Hi Arjun, How are you? Been sometime since we last spoke.” Arjun says – “I am very well Kumar. Thank you. Hope you are well. How can I help?” Kumar says – “I want to understand why are we not able to beat XYZ Bank on spends. We are doing same campaigns with Amazon and Flipkart. Our products are no less than their products. There may be some difference in customer profile but still.
