extract e-mail addresses and names from approximately 500 e-mails into MS Excel(repost)

I have around 500 e-mails in my sent folder that I require someone with Microsoft outlook to open ( individually) and copy and paste e-mail addresses and names into a spreadsheet. Each e-mail I send you may have approximately 10 to 20 e-mails attached. You will need to open each one ( by double-clicking) and finding the relevant names and e-mail addresses. Some will even have street addresses, which you will need to copy and paste into Excel.
