I am looking for a virtual assistant to join our excursion company. The ideal candidate will have experience in social media management and be able to handle customer inquiries and bookings. Some of the tasks we will need is 1-creating images and videos (repurpose from YouTube) and posting all our social mediA accounts 2- we need someone to make a list in excel of all the travel agency’s in the US with contact info (preferably email address) 3- someone to create a list on excel of all the resorts in punta Cana and cancun with contact info (preferably there WhatsApp ) 4- reach out via email to all the travel agencies and offer our services to them so they can offer them to there customers 5- contact all the resorts via WhatsApp or email and see how we can partner with the resorts to have them offer our excursions to there guests 6- create an up to date profit and loss statement (we will provide you the last 10 months banking statements to do this) 7-respond to all our google/trip advisor reviews 8-grow our social media accounts so we get more likes, comments and friend requests 9. Customer Support: Responding to inquiries and assisting potential customers via email, chat, or phone. 10. Content Creation: Generating blog posts, articles, or website content to improve your company's online presence and SEO. 11. Booking Management: Assisting with booking arrangements, confirmations, and reservation management. 12. Email Marketing: Creating and managing email marketing campaigns to engage past customers and attract new ones. 13. Competitor Analysis: Researching and providing insights on what our competitors are offering and how you can differentiate your services. 14. Data Analysis: Analyzing sales and customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement. 15. Ad Campaigns: Running and monitoring online advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Instagram or Facebook Ads. 16. Market Research: Conducting market research to identify emerging travel trends and opportunities. 17. Email Newsletter: Creating and sending regular newsletters to keep past customers engaged. 18. Reporting: Regularly providing you with reports on the status of various tasks, campaigns, and customer interactions. 19. Competitive Pricing Analysis: Continuously monitor the prices of excursions and resorts in the market to ensure your pricing is competitive.
