I am a native spanish speaker, very fluent in english as you can read.
For this job offer I have a quite long experience on customer support: 4 years as booking reservation representative, 4 years as an online marketing executive and since last year, I started the adventure of remote working as a Customer Support Representative for Spain and Head of Training and Coordinator for a specialized network that operates in 6 different countries .
So, as you can imagine, administrative tasks are my day to day.
I am very straight and sticked to the company policies but somehow, I always find the right words to let the clients know the situation and their options. We call that in spanish something like:"having a left hand".
The CRM I work with is zendesk, and of course Word, Excel, Outlook, Web research and Social Media also count on my habilities. I have been working with excellent reviews in other famous freelancer platform called Upwork. Let me know in case you want to check my profile there, even if we get this work going by Freelancer.
I would be glad to have a Skype interview in case you are interested in my services. In fact there are some doubts I need to clarify if this offer goes on.
The rate I manage is 15 eurs per hour, but depending on the workload we can discuss it.
