For this job offer I have a quite long experience on customer support: 4 years as booking reservation representative, 4 years as an online marketing executive and since last year, I started the adventure of remote working as a Customer Support Representative for Spain and Head of Training and Coordinator for a specialized network that operates in 6 different countries . So, as you can imagine, administrative tasks are my day to day. I am very straight and sticked to the company policies but somehow, I always find the right words to let the clients know the situation and their options. We call that in spanish something like:"having a left hand". The CRM I work with is zendesk, and of course Word, Excel, Outlook, Web research and Social Media also count on my habilities.
