Simple Logo Project

I need a coder to redesign my header image using images which I will provide. I have attached a file containing the header image and pictures that can be used for the redesign. The header image is part of my website www.britneyspearsnewsflash.com. I basically just need a design which uses atleast one of the images provided in the attached Zip.
