Crystal Report XI chart - Custom data label & grid

Crystal Report XI R1 (and/or R2) My users wanted to add custom format to data label and grid line to a CR chart. This is a simple chart (see attachment) for a 3-year sales by month. They want to add something to mark the year, either by color code or by font type (bold) as seen in the attachment They also want to mark the weeks within a month with a color marker if this is possible.
