Help creating a advance and powerful usercontrol

hello. I need somone to create a ActiveX usercontrol in VB6 for me. This usercontrol should be used in a technical drawing application that Im currently developing. The basic of the usercontrol is to use it when creating some kind of sketches. I have attached some screenshots to better describe what I want. This component is just a part of a bigger project im creating, and therefor there are no need to focus about the GUI etc. When the user are working in the usercontrol is should feel like working in e.g Fireworks or Photoshop Here is some of the main features that I need to be able to do: 1. Add a background picture to the usercontrol. 2. Zoom the control inn and out (25% to 500%) 3. Add figures into the workarea (circles, polygons, complex figures ++) 4. Resize these figures 5. Edit figures (add new points, remove points, scale figure, rotate, flip, ++) 6. Move figures around in the workarea 7. Zorder on figures 8. Possiblity to add different background color styles on each figure 9. Possibility to save / load document work state (where figures are places, sizes, ++) 10. fast and non flickering refresh of the screen. 11. Add figures to group for easier movement 12. Multiselect figures 13. Undo / redo all events (move, resize, delete, add ++) 14. Merge/punch/intersect figures 15. Smooth and antialising drawing of figures 16. Adding and removing figures should work like in VB, or like in <[login to view URL]> This should be created in VB6, and all sourcecode must be available to me.
