I have an issue with my VoIP Polycom phone. Whenever I pick up the phone, my internet connection drops. I have a cable internet connection, and the phone is connected via a switch. I've tried restarting the phone and all network equipment, but the problem persists. - I will need someone on site - based in north london N13 Key Responsibilities: - Troubleshoot the issue - determine the root cause of the internet drops when the phone is picked up. - Provide a solution to the issue that allows for uninterrupted internet while using the VoIP phone. Ideal Skills and Experience: - Proven experience with VoIP systems and Polycom phones. - Strong knowledge of network setup and troubleshooting. - Familiarity with cable internet connections and potential interference with VoIP. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues efficiently.

Hello, I will confidently identify the cause of the connectivity drops and resolve immediately if possible. Should replacement hardware be required (such as a new VoIP handset) or a fault identified with your broadband connection I will be happy to assist with an escalation to your provider. Kindly note that payment will be expected in such a scenario regardless of fix, providing of course that my advice does ultimately lead to a resolution. I am available from Tuesday next week and will come equipped to re-run or repair any faulty cabling.
