In your, there is a certificate error that may prevent other visitors from viewing your website, but it would not make your server go offline. Additionally, if your server is offline, how should we get to it to fix it? Perhaps it is only a poor choice of words. Maybe you mean that the website is offline? From your logs that would be my guess. It looks like you need to have your .htaccess repaired and your SSL certificate and CA repaired. Then you should have no problem.
