Promote YouTube Channel - $250 per 10, 000 subscribers

We are looking for someone to promote our YouTube channel - we will pay you $250 per 10, 000 subscribers on YouTube. We want to grow our channel significantly and seek a minimum of 10, 000 subscribers. We have similar channels to harvest users from (upwards of 50, 000 subscribers). Promotion MUST BE targeted and we need to see results. We DONT want a technician but rather someone who will actively promote the channel through the use of invites, subscriptions, comments, etc
