81479 website fix and addition

i have a traffic manager script and apop up and pop under exchange, which is available at [login to view URL] i hired a programmer last week to change the website design but he bnever complet6ely finished, below is what is not complete, which i need fixed urgenetly: - on the index page [login to view URL] the picture that shows up at the top of the screen is supposed to be lined directly beside the first paragraph and lined up so the pcture starts where he writting starts. this also happens on 3 other pages and it will need to be fixed on them aswell - the entire file for [login to view URL] is missing i will send the programmer the index page for that file with the wording i want and the programmer will simply have to change that to php format. - the pop_up file also has some internal script files i have them all ready to go from the other script i have but it has a different template so i just need it to work with the new site iam willing to pay more than resonable price for a few hours work (if even that) and if the programmer completes this minor task they will have my persoanly gurantee that i will supply more similar but bigger jobs within 2 days of this being completely finished(likly the same day) iam looking for a steady, reliable programmer to have a long lasting work relationship with Please bid whatyou will do the everything i listed above for and the programmer who can do this the quickest will be picked thank you
