Build a website for a high end women's apparel store in Arabic/English

It is a website for a women's apparel store in Saudi Arabia. There are currently 3 branches. It needs to have a high end luxury feel, and a smooth graphic design. The main focus should be on the graphic design, we want the website to look minimalistic, yet communicate the full luxury feel of our products. In terms of technical requirements: - The website will have 3 major sections: -Inside the stores (contain a small description of the stores' philosophy and display photos of inside the stores) -Fashion (Homepage, and contains a slideshow for the catalog) -Store locator -Contact us & Careers at the footer - It needs to have a slideshow to view a catalog. - It has to have an admin panel to change the seasonal catalog - No flash should be used - Contact us will contain phone numbers and an address - Store locator should show a map powered by Google maps - Google analytics integration is essential - It needs to support Arabic, the arabic website should be built to support the language's right to left orientation - There will be an Arabic site and an English site, the transition should be smooth with a link on the corner of the webpage - The website should be mobile friendly (no dropdown menus, no hovers) Here is a design inspiration: [login to view URL] The price is negotiable
