Design for a course online site

Hello, We need a design for our site. Here are some main points: a. Site is dedicated for remote education, on Russian speaking territories. Users are predominantly parents of school children and teachers. b. Basically we start with 3 major services: remote group classes, personal remote class and psychological classes for parents. c. General idea of site usability is showing as much as possible about our services on every page. That is, when user is not registered he sees almost the same content as registered one. Difference is the visibility of classes. Registered teachers shall be able to see what parents created for personal classes. Here I am going to use Joomla roles to separate views between parents and teachers. d. From standpoint of promotion, ads and classified articles, I think about general layout as the attached.
