Re-design a site :Simple but professional and creative site

this is actually an experimental project i wanted to hire someone who can redesign a drupal site after designing you will put it in my writing site. no complicated function or design just wanted to see a simple bluish gradient website but i want it to look professional and creative. the website is a writing site therefore the design should be connected with writing. it is a low budget project max. is $10 for the whole project so if your new and no feedback this could be your first break.
