Looking for freelance html coders for small budget jobs

I am looking for a few experienced html coders to code some of our designers work. Usually we have a few guys do the design and then 1 or 2 do the HTML coding. We are doing alot of small sites and need a few EXPERIENCED HTML coders that have slicing and coding knowledge. We have had some dependebility problem with some recent coders so we are also looking for someone dependable. We are willing to pay around $20 to $25 for coding per job. We have alot of smaller jobs so this will be an ongoing relationship. If you are a designer that is also a plus. We are looking to start immediately.
