234749 Need pictures edited ASAP

I need some pictures edited. They all will have people/items in them, and I want them "cut" from the picture and the background deleted, similar to what these websites have done with their banners at the top of their pages... [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Just like how they have the pictures of the people "cut out" thats what I need done. I will supply around 10-12 or so images that i need this done too, and i am on pretty much no to very little budget. Before awarding the project to you i will need a sample to prove to me you can do this project and do it correctly. Attached is a file you can use to show this.
