79720 Style Sheet Creation/Layout

Creation of a Style Sheet, and page layouts for a portal, Basically I want to use a CSS to control the look of my site, so the css will be acting as a skin, I want to use the same classes throughout the site, the pages will be completly controlled by css, so I can pull in an external style sheet eg. differnet versions say "[login to view URL]" "[login to view URL]" and change the colurs look fonts in a flash. i also need some layouts done too... just html based on the same style sheet, SO Im looking for someone who can create a set of calsses and style sheet that will work well , pulling in a differnt css fo certain sections.... so. Html layouts, and CSS creation, no graphic work needed, put you may have to make the od neat one. YOu must have experience of what IM talking about and explain that you understand, I will pay well for this, I would also like to discuss by phone. (I will pay) I am looking for a clean modern, layout. This is a very straight forward project as I give you a starting pint too, As most dont even give you a good starting point, I even supply the css i have used. so post your examples of work you have done, and no generic replies please a little time anwering this goes a long way... Also dont underestimate....I want an experienced person, I want quality work, not some retard with a copy of dreamweaver. thanks.
