Website development - PSD's are ready

We have already created a website and made it live for customers approval. It contains 9 pages. We want a feelancer to create the page from scratch using CSS, and the current images on the site. At the moment, all text is embedded into the images, however, we want the text to be editable via HTML files on top of the images. This is a very basic project, and we're looking for a bid of around $50 to complete this project. Please message us your portfolio and work you have done, and if we're happy, we will forward you a link of the current website template that you'll be adjusting. Please also confirm how long you think you will take to complete, if you can do within 2 days that would be ideal.
