I require a website with manual & regular deletion of certain information every X Minutes after an operation has been completed. This can be set and unset only by the admin. The website must accept & automatically handle payments from PayPal, Skrill, Western Union/ and then purchase bitcoin with an API connection to [login to view URL] Website security details will be discussed over chat. Coder must have excellent knowledge when it comes to hacking protection. -Offering additional ideas will also be beneficial to myself.
