Word Press Template - repost

I want to create a template that we can use for several of our clients. Please take a look at this site and only bid if you are able to create a usable template for this site that we can then use for other sites. We will provide all graphics and content. Please read these requirements to make sure you know what you are bidding on: - Site mark up should be responsive and should be displayed correctly on all devices and in all popular browsers; - Site should have valid mark up; - Site contains 30 pages, we only wish to have the template designed for the basic front and secondary pages, we will add all content - Site contains a bit of JavaScript elements such as jQuery slider, dropping elements (menus, sections) and some highlights; - Site has a functionality connected with social nets such as doing a posts in the appropriate one; - Site contains contact form and frame with Google Maps. Description of working environment: - It would be great if the future partner will be available from 9:00 to 16:00 PST. I prefer to conduct business via e-mail and Skype. Also I am open to use any kind of Project tracking system which is based at your server; - Potential vendor should setup WP instance where I will be able to observe the results of the future work; Thanks for your time and attention.
