Wordpress Adsense site

This project is a wordpress Adsense Site (to generate $35-$40 $USD per day required in Adsense revenue) I am looking for someone who can build an Adsense WORDPRESS site that will consistently earn initially at least $35-$40 per day. The WORDPRESS needs to be built using high value and low competion keywords. Please read the following conditions: - MUST ADHERE TO ADSENSE Terms of Service 100% - Goolge Analytics for Wordpress to be installed at the start of the project - Once we agree on the project I will set up the domain/hosting. You will choose the theme/code/html & images - the site must be fully functional - All must be SEO Adsense optimised - Strictly NO black hat - NO proxy server manipulations - Any keywords and articles must be pre approved prior to posting (and prior to me setting up the hosting) - You will be given admin rights until - Preferred NICHES must come from mainstream high value keyword/niche suitable for Adsense - NO Drug/alcohol, gambling, weapons, adult, hate/political, and other illegal site - Must be 100% compliant with the Google TOS - Do appropriate internal and external linking (no farmed/spam backlinks) - (SEO) Optimized Wordpress theme to be provided by the contractor or standard - install the necessary basic and advanced plugins as needed - Wordpress themes should not contain hidden backlinks to other sites - Traffic driven to the site must be 100% natural, organic, whitehat with real people clicking = No bots, no artificial rank boosters. - Will include blog promotion, bookmarking and link building, etc. - All Content MUST be original and SEO optimized. I will check all work via Copyscape. - If articles are to be used they must be 100% original. - All Copyright and any articles once produced will belong to me. you will need to show me previous sites and work. Look forward to your bid. Payment TERMS Happy with Milestone payment but the full funds will not be released for 20 days after the project, so proof can be shown for the earnings. If you do not agree please do not bid. I have dealt with large projects before over $1000 and have always paid in full and on time.
