I have a PSD which was built in CS5.1 , i need to make from it an HTML + CSS + JS. I will expect a high level of CSS + some usages of jquery for a menu that the site has. I will need it to be created with as many global css selectors so other pages that will follow can make usage of same CSS file. The CSS should be on a different file , same goes for the JS. The site is in Hebrew and RTL , i am attaching a jpg just for price offer , ones the bid will approve a full PSD will be sullied to the developer. On the attachments : [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] is the same page just to explain how the menu should work The main picture ( of the girl ) should have a transition between 2 others pictures ( which i will supply ) . Secondary page is [login to view URL] which i need to have his CSS also. Thanks.
