HTML 5 Photo Gallery

I require a HTML5 Image Gallery that allows Anonymous Users or Registered Users to upload a Single or Multiple Images at a time as-well as give them the ability rate and comment on all images uploaded to the website. The Front Page must look like the [login to view URL] file contained in the .zip I have attached to this Project. When someone uploads an image(s) it must allow the person to select the image that will be shown as the Gallery Cover Image which will be displayed in one of the Random Image Boxes on the front page. When they click a Random Image on the front page it will open and cover the content of the front page by replacing it with [login to view URL] without leaving the front page and it will display the rest of the image(s) that were uploaded by the user. So if I decide to upload 1 image of a TV it will make the 1 image the default cover image for the album without the user having to select it because there is only 1 image being uploaded and when they click on the cover image (which is the image displayed in one of the random image boxes on the front page) it will hide the front page and replace it with the [login to view URL] and will only display the 1 image of the TV because I only uploaded 1 image and the image 2, image 3 etc boxes under it will be blank. If I uploaded for example 4 images per upload it must allow me to pick which image I want for the album's cover image and then when I click on the Album Cover Image (which is the image displayed in one of the random image boxes on the front page) it will hide the front page and replace it with the [login to view URL] and will Display 4 Images.... the Cover Image will be the first image displayed in the 1st image box and the rest will be displayed below that image in the Image 2, Image 3 boxes etc and when you click on say Image 2 it will replace image 2 down the bottom with the image you were previously viewing and will replace the image in the 1st image box with the one you have latest picture clicked in that Album. I do require an area for admin where I can approve the Albums uploaded before they are displayed. Every time the the page is loaded or refreshed Random Image boxes on the front page obtain new albums to display by checking the albums that the users have uploaded. I hope you understand what I am after. I will not accept milestone payments so please do not bid if you ant a milestone.
