Develop an interactive property swap website where all visitors can view certain details of the properties to be swapped or rented. Then only paid members can post their own properties and send/interact with the member of the property they wish to swap/rent. As opposed to other swap sites this one should have a Facebook feel to it, and it needs to include a unique mail/messaging app so that members can quickly view all open comments and closed comments. There needs to be an inbuilt billing system for new members, and a on-going rental billing system. For houses being swapped each member will be charged a nominal fee by the site. For rentals where a member just agrees to rent his property there will be a commission fee generated. The site itself will be the conduit through which renatl payments will be made. To preserve confidentiality and security all rentals will only be conducted by members. Guests can then post comments on their stay in the different properties and this will become a valuable selling tool for some. Moderators will be employed by our site to deal with any issues that may arise from posting negative comments.
