Build a website

Hi, I want a website built with a modern & overwhelming theme. Theme should not be of more than 4 colours & more than 5 types of gradient bg's & blocks. The main focus of the website is blogging, but it should be on another page, linked to home page. The nav menu should contain Home, Featured (containing sub menus viz Posts, Articles & Tweets), Blog, Services, Privacy Policy, About & Contact Us. The nav menu as well as the whole website should contain different animations also. Home page should also contain different blocks in which there are excerpts from Posts, Articles & Blog. Keeping in mind, the Posts feed, Articles & Blog should be able receive interactions viz like & comment etc from viewers. I want the posts page, articles page & blog page designed like different social media websites. Like posts page which contains my hourly or daily or weekly posts should be like fb posts. Articles page, which contains articles like reddit posts Blog page, which contains my daily or weekly blogs, like twitter posts. Every thing should be stored automatically in database, including user ip, username, time spent, location(country), which device etc Also make a sign in page, if someone wants to sign in. Users who signed in should be able to contact the author of this site. And request him to write the posts or articles for the site. If someone accepts this project, I will upload the logo also, or if he designs it himself. I will update further later. Everything in the website should be customizable, if in future I decided to change the theme or wording or anything, I should be able to. There should also be an option to host the website on my local pc. It's optional as it looks too difficult. If someone accepts it, I will share the further. Thanks.
