Convert a Template to a Website

Hi iam a Responsive PHP / CSS developer .. i have 8 years of experience .. i have done 100's of Web sites which are running successfully now .. i can write php custom code for webform application which updates the spreadsheet updating daily by staff with 10 different cells and Some drop down others filled with text or numbers..... Iam ready to start now.... i can complete work with fast turn around time .. thanks lalith

As per your project description we need to create admin panel with 10 fields in which some have the dropdown also. As admin will submit the form then it will create the Excel sheet. I assume that previously submitted data should be in Excel sheet also. Am I correct? Please let me know.

i will make this project in ASP.NET and database is in EXCEL database.i have experience of 1 year as a software engineer so i complete that task successfully and i also done 1 project same like this recently.
