I am in need of a virtual assistant to provide marketing and sales services on behalf of my small business. Depending on the task, there may be some occasions where the VA will be representing our company externally. We require assistance for more than 10 hours a week. The person chosen should be an experienced professional in the field of marketing and sales. They should also be able to work independently as well as with other members of our team. Our goal is to achieve success and grow in this industry, so the successful applicant should have the necessary skills and knowledge to help us in achieving this. We are looking for someone who is flexible, reliable, and willing to take initiative and go the extra mile.

This project is regarding the rent, bond, maintenance, inspections, entry condition report, vacating procedures. 2. Create a report for landlords about their rented property. 3. Backend team send us rented property photos. 4. Check the received photos and check the tenant's comment about the property maintenance. 5. Create a report with current property photos and rent holder comments 6. Send a report to the landlord using an email account. 7. If the landlord arrange any property maintenance then pass it to the tenant 8. Repair or fixed the issue by mailing it to the maintenance team. 9. Advertising the property if the property is vacant 10. List the property on the company website/advertisement portals (IRE) for rent. 11. Set up an property inspection and assign an inspection agent. Add the address and time 11. Tenant application processing – we process their applications and approve on their behalf.
