Hosting and maintenance of Desi social networking site

Hi, I have a social networking site that targets Non Resident Indians who live all over the world (with all of the following features: Blogs, Podcasts, Calendar, Communication System (both Discussion Boards and Private Messaging), Documentation, File Sharing, Member Web pages, Photo Gallery, Video and MP3 Gallery etc.,). see at - www.desimahal.com. I have started this site on last Diwali. My aim is to convert this site as a waterhole for NRIs. It has been built on the business model of providing free memberships, but sustaining the operation with revenue from ad campaign. This site is also designed to be operated with a handful of members. I would like to explore the option of outsourcing the website management to a freelancer of India origin (sorry folks … the objective of the site’s operation determine this decision). If you are willing to provide hosting and maintenance of the site please bid on this project. In that case, you can either clone the current site design or if you wish you can redesign the site by incorporating most of the current features and can host on your system and maintain. I value creativity. Please quote for hosting and maintenance of the site for a year (let me know the features you will include if you redesign). Let me also have some flat fee/year from you to help me comparing the bids. On sales side, I would like to have a complete control over the revenue, but will give you 50% as the commission on sales that are brought from you (since it is a family friendly site porno or similar ads are absolutely no, I will make the final decision on the ad acceptance). My main requirement is that content of the site should be strictly monitored for illegal, unethical or morally questionable activities, the members who are not following the term of services should be unsubscribed promptly (and their uploaded of obscene Desi mallu videos or photos, illegal torrent activities should be purged immediately), I value more on the policy of maintaining member confidentiality and safety than the number of members that I will have. Let me know your proposal, also I am open to new and creative ideas. If you worry on falling US dollar value, I believe I can make arrangements to pay in INR from India...if you wish, but please quote in US$. I will pay you monthly. NOTE: My current operation cost is under $400/year
