Ok this is great if you already have designs ready in place. You have a choice of using either bootstrap 3 or foundation 6 as your frontend framework, either way is fine but i would highly recommend allowing me to use foundation due to the speed and lack of conflicts with magento. All deployment will be done using a custom grunt and composer scrpt. To build the framework. So you will only see theme files in the bitbucket repo. With the grunt and composer scripts as these do all the heavy work. 30 days is normal for a deployment and build from scratch deposit is required up front to cover all costs of the project, this will give you access to a beta site url on my magento specific hosting. The deposit is non refundable if the project is ever canceled by you. Let me know if you have any questions. Beta site is second stage this is a magento installation with the base modules required to make your site good enough to start adding content such as products and cms pages. If you already have a csv of your products i can import these in this stage aswell.
