Hola, Tengo bastante experiencia optimizando websites en Google Cloud, ademas soy certificado Google Cloud Architect - Professional. Te propongo hacer algunas pruebas de carga con herramientas que simulan carga en el website, y luego analizar dónde se produce el problema para poder solucionarlo.
