New Booking System

I have studied your site and the "make a booking" page. The sites is in Wordpress (we have delivered many sites in Wordpress). We have also developed online booking feature for a few sites. I have glanced through the ref. site but I would like to develop a custom booking application that suits your requirements and is not cluttered with unwanted generic features. This is what I understand - you offer one hour slots. Can only one booking be made for one slot? Can someone book more than one slot - say 5 - 7 am? Also can a person book same slot on multiple days at once? How much ahead can bookings be made? Will there be online payment involved? If yes then which payment gateway to be integrated? Will rates for all slots across weeks / months be same? will you need the ability to edit these rates? Once booked, does it mean slot becomes unavailable immediately? Or will admin approve? What other admin functionalities do you want? I would like to avoid SMS for now and will send email to you when booking is made. Later we can incorporate SMS also. Please address the above. This will help me to assess scope of work precisely. I will revise / confirm my bid accordingly. Detailed specifications will also help me to make an informed commitment and are essential for delivering as required. Hi, My name is Norbert and I'm from Poland but now I live in England. I'm new here but for last few years I've been working via other freelance site for companies around the world (including Austalia). I see that your site is based on Wordpress. I'd like to propose to create your required functionality with plugin which I'll customise for your needs. I can see that you have some booking system now but it probably isn't showing when you're unavailable (or it's not updated). Now I'm building very similar plugin for tattoo studio - it's more complex cause it needs booking for exact artist. Yours is simpler cause there will be bookings only for you. It will look almost exactly as your example. BookingBug has option to integrate with Wordpress but it costs £15/mo so it's better to create stand alone version that will be free to use. Functionality that I'll provide will allow you to send reminders to your clients and you'll receive email with new booking. There's no option to add TXT messages unless you'll buy this feature from external provider. I could check prices and API to integrate this with your site with some Australian operators but my price doesn't include it.
