Shopify shopping cart inventory to local SQL database

For ex. we want to check after every 1 mins or any other frequency. So there will be no change if we want to change refresh interval. 2. Purchase order screen which will show all order which we have to show based on query execution. 3. Create setup file for application for installation. I have below queries for application: 1. SQL local database is already build or we have to build for get notification of online purchase? 2. Can we created application with latest version of Visual studio or VB.Net 2005 is compulsory? I suggested if we can use latest version then we can use latest features and can manage memory. Please can you share Shopify database and information we have to copy.
